INGREDIENTS
¼ cup soy sauce
1 Tbsp brown sugar
2 cloves garlic (minced)
2 tsp fresh ginger (minced) or ½ tsp ground ginger
½ tsp crushed red pepper
1 tsp sesame seed oil
Soba or Udon noodles
2-3 Tbsp grapeseed oil
1 cup celery (thinly sliced on a bias)
½ medium onion (sliced thin) or 4-5 green onions
½ head (2-3 cups) of green (purple, savoy or napa will work too) cabbage (shredded)
2 carrots (shredded or thinly sliced)
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Cook noodles according to the package. Rinse in cold water and set aside.
2. In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, sesame oil and red pepper
together and set aside.
3. Heat oil in a Wok and sauté vegetables for 2-3 minutes.
4. Add noodles and sauce over vegetables.
5. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
